Sunset thoughts

I want a love like that of the Sun to the Sea,
Painting the sky every night with its crimson passion,

Writing a love letter for the whole world to see,
Slowly dimming until the moment of fusion.

Will you be the Ocean that welcomes me,
As I dive into you with the surrender of a Star
That has shone enough for a day
And is longing to fade away?
Let me sink into you like the Sun sinks into the Sea,
Careless about the darkness it is leaving behind,
Giving place to the mystery of the night,
That dark veil under which the lovers hide.

A slow kiss turns into a fast plunge, leaving a pink stain above the bed of love.

Have you ever considered how powerful the absence of the Sun can be,
Awakening the souls that have been shut down by the mediocre occupations of a world going astray from itself?

The darkness has a secret light that reveals what has been covered by the blinding light of day.

Ever since I was a little girl, writing has been my passion and my escape. I wanted a platform where this small voice - that usually dares only be heard by the notebook in the corner of my room - can reach out to the world. I have always been fascinated by this ability we have to turn a transient thought or feeling into something that could last forever and that could be communicated to any other member of our species who would stumble upon it. After all, we're one and the same, aren't we? Our hopes, dreams, fears, pain, joy are what make us who we are. This page is for you out there reading it, so I invite you to delve into this notebook as if it were your own. Welcome to my notebook. Many thanks to the creator of this page who made my dream come true.
